We began as a simple pizza shop on 63rd St. in Chicago. In the Summer of 1961 the first generation of our Sicilian family set out to make a better pizza. Combining their old world recipes with modern trends, Palermo’s quickly gained a reputation for outstanding service and pizza. Our unique sweet sauce used in our pizza is a highly guarded family secret.

Our family continues to make the sauce, sausage, dough and cheese blends by hand themselves, ensuring its quality remains at our high standards.
